Join me in Chile in March of 2027, as their summer transitions into fall, for an epic adventure in food, wine, and culture! The tour takes place in Santiago, Colchagua, and Casablanca Valleys.

My last visit to Chile in 2017, and 10 years later feels like the absolute right time for another foray to this incredible country. In the ensuing 10 years, Chile is coming into its own right with world class wines, honoring and celebrating their indigenous cultures and ingredients, and their arts, culture, and history have always been world-class.

If you have more time, and are feeling extra adventurous, I can help arrange a pre-trip and/or post-trip to Easter Island, to the Atacama desert, or perhaps to Patagonia!

This tour ends on Easter Sunday, which I will admit, is not ideal, but could work for the right situation!

  • Price: Roughly $5100 - $5500 per person double occupancy

  • Deposit & Payment: Deposit due immediately; final payment January 2027.

  • Includes all breakfasts, most meals, activities, walking tours, cheese-maker visits, wine tastings, etc. 

  • Most activities based around all things food and wine, but we will also explore cultural and historical highlights
