Join us in the fall of 2024 on a culinary tour of the fabled, sun-kissed island of Sicily. Sicilian cuisine and history, deeply rooted in tradition and influenced by various cultures, offers a unique and unforgettable experience.

You will discover a rich tapestry of ingredients and their sources. From world-renowned Sicilian olive oil—a golden elixir that adds a touch of magic to every dish, to Intensely ripe tomatoes, an abundance of fresh seafood, rich volcanic wines, to buttery pistachios. There’s no shortage of cultural and historical attractions, with some of the best preserved Greek and Roman archeological sites in the world. It is truly another world.
